Current Workouts

We currently offer 2-3 group workouts a week for our triathletes or runners.
Monday 715 P.M. at Coronado Aquatic Complex 818 Sixth Street Coronado, CA 92118

This Monday evening evening workout will feature a coached swim workout in an olympic size pool (50m). In this workout we will emphasize swim technique work and group swim or “swimming in pack” strategy. Whether you’re a newbie or experienced triathlete, this is going to improve confidence and will take your swim to the next level.

Thursday 6 p.m. at Fiesta Island (location may change)

The Thursday evening workout is usually comprised of a bike and transition run (BRICK) for our triathletes. The distance of the bike and run varies depending on the race goals and race distances of our triathletes. Runners will embark on a fartlek workout incorporating drills and varying intensities of speed. We are going to include a Thursday track workout, stationary cycle trainer as well as core strengthening session.

Saturday 7 a.m. at De Anza Cove (location may change)

Saturday morning is always a fun workout for our triathletes and runners. Our triathlon workout varies from a swim-bike, swim-run, or sometimes completing a full race simulation. Coaches are always present to look at your form on the swim, bike, and run and offer tips to help you improve. Saturday morning is typically the longest run of the week for our runners.
