Current Workouts
We currently offer 2-3 group “all level” workouts a week
Monday at 7 P.M. at Coronado Aquatic Complex 818 6th Street, Coronado, CA 92118
This Monday evening evening workout will feature a coached swim workout in an olympic size pool (50m) as well as short course (25yd). In this workout we will emphasize swim technique work and group swim or “swimming in pack” strategy. Whether you’re a newbie or experienced triathlete, this is going to improve confidence and will take your swim to the next level.
Tuesday 6 p.m. at Point Loma or Downtown San Diego (location may change)
The Tuesday evening workout is usually comprised of a bike and transition run (BRICK) for our triathletes. The distance of the bike and run varies depending on the race goals and race distances of our triathletes. Runners will embark on a dynamic workout incorporating drills and varying intensities of speed. We are going to include a Tuesday track workout, stationary cycle trainer as well as core strengthening and athletic pilates session.
Thursday Strategy Clinic
“Get Wise Clinic” Fitness and Performance Nutrition Checkpoint and Q&A with Coaches.
Saturday Open Water (beach or bay) and/or Ride (location and time vary)
Saturday morning is always a fun workout for our athletes. Our triathlon workout varies from a swim-bike, swim-run, or sometimes completing a full race simulation. Coaches are always present to look at your form on the swim, bike, and run and offer tips to help you improve.
